How Monthly Credits Work
Credits accumulate while your membership remains active and may be applied toward future labor charges for qualifying services.
Monthly labor credits:
- $10 monthly labor credit accumulation
- apply to labor only
- cannot be used toward materials
- have no cash value
- are non-transferable
- expire after membership cancellation
- may only be redeemed while membership remains active
- cannot exceed the maximum accumulation limit for your membership tier
- are capped based on membership tier
Scheduling & Service Information
2-hour minimum per service call
- First-hour deposit required to schedule service
- Remaining balance due after completion
- Emergency response subject to availability and conditions
Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be canceled at any time. Benefits and accumulated credits expire after cancellation unless otherwise stated.
Labor Credit Terms
Members receive a $10 monthly labor credit while membership remains active.
Monthly labor credits:
- apply toward qualifying labor charges only
- cannot be used toward materials, permits, or outside services
- have no cash value
- are non-transferable
- cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds
- accumulate monthly while membership remains active
- are capped at a maximum $150 labor credit balance for this tier
- expire after membership cancellation or inactive status
Service Availability
Emergency response, service availability, times, and scheduling priority may vary based on workload, weather conditions, travel distance, technician availability, and current service demand. While membership plans receive priority consideration, same-day or emergency service cannot always be guaranteed.
Service Limitations
Member labor rates primarily apply to standard handyman, repair, and maintenance services. Major construction, specialty work, large exterior projects, and certain repair categories may require separate pricing.
Residential Service Terms
Certain membership benefits apply only to standard residential properties. Larger properties, specialty cleaning, excessive buildup, commercial properties, or expanded service scope may require additional charges.
